We are seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator to work collaboratively with the Executive Director and other members of the staff in the areas of accounting, record keeping, communications, and database management.  Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively with a small staff a must.  The successful candidate will have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills as well as a high comfort level with technology.  BA or higher degree required.  Basic accounting experience a plus.  Victoria Mansion offers a competitive benefits package including paid time off, health, vision, and dental insurance, and matching retirement contributions.  Salary range $42,000-$44,000 depending on experience.  Download job description here.

We are also seeking a part-time Community Engagement Coordinator to promote the museum’s programs, communicate with supporters and members of the community at large, and organize events.  Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively with a small staff a must.  The successful candidate will have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills as well as a high comfort level with technology and social media.  BA or higher degree preferred.  This is a half-time (20 hour/week) position with some schedule flexibility. While there may be occasional opportunity to work remotely, this is position works primarily in the office.  Starting rate of pay is between $19 and $21/hour depending on level of experience.
