Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis. We understand that unforeseen events do arise, such as extreme travel delays, illnesses, emergencies, and bereavement. We appreciate any advance notice that you can give if you know that you will be unable to make it for your scheduled tour time, and we will be able to refund your tickets. We are also happy to swap your tickets onto a later date and time that works for your schedule.
